This was our first motorhome holiday and it was great fun and everything worked well and was as described. Carol and husband were very responsive to queries we had along the way. They lent us camping chairs and a table for free. Very happy with this hire and the service along the way.

The motorhome was easy to drive carol and Kim were great to communicate with, there was plenty of room for four people 2 being teenagers all in all great holiday

This was my second time hiring Samz from Carol & Kim, and it was another great experience! We camped off-grid for 6 nights for the first part of our trip - the solar power and gas fridge & hot water were a godsend! We weren't sure how our water usage would go, but using the on board water tank for only quick showers (wet yourself, turn off, soap up, turn on to rinse off) we got through the 6 nights with a little still in the tank. Samz is very comfortable, with everything you need, and so much storage space. For the size, she actually drives very well, and being diesel has pretty good fuel efficiency, especially on long drives (compared to a petrol van I've hired previously), & the cruise control on the highway is very handy. Carol and Kim are lovely and helpful, with excellent communication - I highly recommend them

Has to be 5 stars for Carol and her husband. Hired for a long weekend with a friend (Lyn) who has never been anywhere in a MoHo. She loved it now questions why we all have houses From my initial interest, Carols communication was great. Got a thorough run through on everything at handover. Fantastic vehicle to drive, driving seats are extremely comfortable! Had everything we needed confidence in the gauges, water, gas, DC power and mains cable. Didnt attempt to use the awning (those who know WAs coast will know how gusty the sea breezes can be), I wasnt going to risk / need it. Used the two single beds at the back fantastic slept so well. The fitted fly screens throughout are worth their weight in gold (speaking as someone who is hunted down by every mozzie in WA). Absolutely no negatives or disappointments about the hire or experience. I misunderstood (did not read carefully enough! ), the return instructions, and was late in returning the MoHo. Sincere apologies I hate when people mess me about, so I know how you both must have felt sorry . However, my apology was received as sincere. Id LOVE to hire a MoHo from Carol again, so will be early on return in future Good communication, good quality vehicle, good value, just an all round fabulous experience. Sincere thanks, Cathy.

Yes the gentleman that did the handover was amazing very friendly and showed me everything on the van that was to know about operating the van . The back windows wouldnt open as they were stuck and cupboard was stuck just needed lubrication I think but minor detail considering the rest of van was great . Highly recommend didnt deal with carol only hubby so cant review on carol

We had an awesome long wkend getaway in Sam'z Tourer! Carol & Kim were great with their communication and handover process. The van was good to drive, and had everything we needed (& more!) for a comfortable and memorable trip away! Keen to hire it again even! Thanks Carol & Kim! :-D

Sam'z Tourer was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Carol was super helpful and lovely, and happy to help with any questions we had. The van was easy to drive, and the front seats were comfortable over longer distances. I would definitely hire again, and would recommend this RV!

We had an excellent time travelling Perth to Exmouth and back . Clean and tidy and has everything you need. Highly recommend the van and Carol.
